DESCRIPTION
Leo comes to us from our newest shelter partner - Bahamas Humane Society. Leo was one of 112 dogs and cats that were super lucky to get off the island mid last month. To say he is flourshing is an understatement, despite his congenital hop and jump not walk. You see Leo doesnt walk, he hops and jumps on his front legs which charmed so many followers, his entire shelter, the team at Wings of Rescue and Baywatch star Cody. He immediately makes you fall in love with him, with his gentle nature and desire to be near you. Leo is fully vetted, 3 years old and 60 pounds. Leo is housetrained and loves other dogs and his fenced in yard in Stoughton. Due to exerting himself, he is not the type of dog to take long walks or hikes. Leo prefers to sleep on a dog bed not the bed or couch. He lives with dogs of all sizes and cats. He does not initiate or bark but will join in if his brother and sister dog fosters do. Our foster has been with us for almost a decade and never takes large dogs but she is in love. She will not be keeping him but this is just to describe how special he is. He places a mark on your heart just meeting this gentle giant. He is very food motivated and loves supper time :)
To meet Leo please go to our website, you can apply under available dogs under his name. Please check spam and text messages for our responses. Thank you!
