DESCRIPTION
Buford is a 3 year old, Lab/Newfoundland mix. In April 2026, he was brought to the shelter after his original owner was no longer able to care for him. Buford is neutered, updated on vaccinations, flea treated, dewormed, heartworm tested negative, and microchipped.
This smiling face as you may be able to tell is a happy-go-lucky kind of guy that loves to be the center of attention. He'd be the perfect fit for a semi-active family that also loves to cuddle on the couch.
Buford may need some additional work with his basic obedience, but he is housetrained and knows a few commands such as "sit".
If you are interested in adopting Buford, please fill out an adoption application using our website (echumanesociety.org) and a member of staff will be in touch with you as soon as possible. You are also more than welcome to stop in anytime during our regular business hours and meet Buford in person! Feel free to call the shelter at (814) 834-3247 if you have any questions.
