Meet Duffy: a fun-sized Lab with a full-size personality!

At just 30 pounds (and likely topping out around 40-45), this 1-year-old Labrador Retriever mix is a smaller guy with big Lab energy. Same goofy spirit, same loyal heart - just in a more compact package.

Duffy is spunky, playful, and full of life. He came into rescue underweight and without much stability, but you'd never know it now. His confidence is growing , his personality is shining , and he's soaking up love every chance he gets.

Duffy loves other dogs (playmates highly encouraged ), does great with kids, and is always up for whatever the day brings - whether that's backyard zoomies , a walk around the block, or going all-in on a chew toy. He's about 75% house trained, knows "sit" and "come," and walks pretty well on leash. Duffy is still learning and will need continued training and consistency, but he's eager to please and getting the hang of things more every day!

As you might expect from a young Lab, Duffy has a bit of a mischievous side. Keeping him engaged - with toys, structure, and plenty of exercise - will go a long way. He'd thrive in an active home (bonus points for a fenced yard or another playful dog), but most importantly, he needs a family ready to help him keep learning and growing.
