DESCRIPTION
Meet Falcor
Falcor is looking for a hospice (forever) foster home. He has some serious liver complications, including a tumor that was found on an ultrasound. In simplest terms, his body is working a little harder than it should, and he needs a calm, comfortable place where he can be cared for and cherished.
The good news? You won't be doing this alone.
As his forever foster, we will cover all of Falcor's medical care through our clinic for the rest of his life. He just needs you to open your home and your heart.
Falcor is a petite 10-year-old lab mix and he has the sweetest most playful spirit!
He has lived well with children
He's done well with other dogs
He's a loving, gentle companion
He does experience some anxiety when left alone, so a home where someone is around more often would be best
His history with cats is unknown
If you've ever thought about making a difference in a dog's life, this is it. Falcor deserves to spend his remaining time surrounded by comfort, not in a kennel.
Give him the home he's been waiting for.
Please share this post to help Falcor!
ABOUT: LABRADOR RETRIEVER DOG BREED
The Labrador Retriever is a popular and versatile dog breed known for its friendly demeanor and high intelligence. These dogs are often used as guide dogs for the visually impaired, search and rescue dogs, and excellent family pets. Labradors are known for their great sense of smell, strong build, and love of water, making them exceptional hunters and swimmers. With their loyal and loving nature, Labradors have rightfully earned their reputation as one of the most beloved dog breeds in the world.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
