Meet Simba! This happy, energetic boy loves to stay active and would make a great adventure buddy. He enjoys playing fetch with his favorite rubber tire toy and going on runs with his owner. Simba is potty trained (as long as he's taken outside regularly), is crate trained, and does well free roaming the home when left alone as long as there's no food out. He has lived with children of all ages as well as three cats (he has barked at the cats if they got near his food). Simba can get excited meeting new people and may jump up or occasionally submissive pee during greetings, and even knows “Akee” as his recall cue for “here”! He is noted to have normal play/interactions with other dogs outside of the home but is also noted to chase and avoid other dogs so slow intros will be important.
