Gable is gentle, sweet and hesitant though he is learning that humans are fun, loving and caring. He needs a little more encouragement to sit on a lap and relax in your arms, but he’ll get there. He likes to observe what is going on first but then jumps right in with all his might. Toys are okay, he prefers to play with his siblings and the toys they have. Gable is comfortable being in the back row of the class but does not want to be left behind. He’s an easy-going up for what’s going on kind of pup.
Check out Gable’s siblings: Geo, Gordy, Ginny, and Guinevere. The G siblings spent their early lives outside and are adjusting to indoor life smoothly. They are working diligently on house training and are quiet through the night. They will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

Adoption Fee:
$200
TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming. TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL.
Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed. Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines:
Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
X-Large 101 lbs (46 kg) or more
