DESCRIPTION
Hiya! My name is Bright Eyes. I am a 8 year old Doodle. We put Labradoodle, but I am much smaller than that and there aren't any small doodle options in the breed category. I am only 30lbs full grown. Before joining Lizzy's, I was almost on death's door, but I got myself to someone's front porch, who took me to the shelter (that gave me 4 hours to find a rescue because my injuries were so bad), and then to the Animal Hospital courtesy of Lizzy's. Lizzy's said since I showed I wanted to be helped by going to someone's house, they wanted to try to help and give me a chance - not knowing anything about me, my injuries or whether they could help me or not. And boy am I glad they did. I was at the Animal Hospital for 2 weeks. Nobody was sure for the first two months whether I would make it or not. Fast forward past the pain, gaping wounds and rotting flesh, transfusions, neuter, heartworm treatment, etc., here I am here, I am healthy, happy and ready to continue the awesome life I now have. I walk fine on leash. I don't know any basic commands, but am learning. I am a happy-go lucky pup who is a diamond in the rough. I am looking for a happy and patient foster or forever family. I
