Meet Mukwa 🐾

Mukwa is a bright, affectionate Keeshond cross just under a year old, weighing about 50 lbs. She’s full of personality, smart, playful, and deeply devoted to her people. She loves interactive games (especially tug and silly paw games) and isn’t shy about “talking” while she plays—it’s all part of her charming, chatty nature.

Mukwa currently attends daycare a few times a week and absolutely loves it—she thrives around other dogs and would do best in a home with a canine companion. She’s also a great candidate for dog sports like scent work, agility, or rally-o, as she is eager to learn and enjoys having a job to do.

Mukwa would do best in a home without cats, she’s eager to engage and play, but her enthusiastic dog energy can be overwhelming for feline friends.

Mukwa’s ideal home:

Another friendly, playful dog companion (not 100% needed but would be nice)
No cats (or minimal cat interaction)
An active household that enjoys walks, outings, training, or dog sports
People who use positive, gentle training methods
A home where someone is around often as she loves being close to her humans

Mukwa is a sensitive, loving dog who forms strong bonds and just wants to be part of the family. She would do best with experienced, dog-savvy adopters who understand spitz-type traits and can give her both the structure and affection she needs.
