Aurora II - Jack Russell Terrier Dog for Adoption in Torrington, Wyoming

Folks, meet Aurora II! How could we have two with the same name at the same time! Aurora II is a 8 1/2 month old Jack Russell mix whose DOB is February 1, 2026! We do not know what she is mixed with but, look at her CUTE EARS! Her owner could no longer care for her, and she was very much LOVED! She is a bundle of Jack Russell puppy energy and is quite a character! She loves to run at the dog park, walks on a leash and is anxious for an active new home and someone to love!

The Jack Russell Terrier is a lively and intelligent small breed known for its boundless energy and strong hunting instincts. With a distinctive white coat and often sporting tan or black markings, these dogs are full of personality and require regular exercise and mental stimulation to thrive. Jack Russell Terriers are fiercely loyal and make excellent companions for active owners willing to provide the mental and physical challenges this energetic breed needs to stay happy and healthy.

We have one full time Animal Control Officer who oversees the shelter and we have a dedicated group of volunteers....
