Honey Bunny came to rescue through absolutely no fault of her own. Her beloved owner is facing major surgery and a transition into an assisted living facility where Honey Bunny unfortunately cannot go. It's clear she was deeply loved and cherished throughout her life, and that love shines through in her sweet, trusting personality.
From the moment Honey Bunny arrived in foster care, she settled in effortlessly. She adjusted to her new surroundings with ease and quickly became everyone's favorite. She truly hasn't met a person she doesn't like.
Honey Bunny is potty trained, crate trained, and walks nicely on a leash. She gets along wonderfully with dogs and cats and enjoys car rides, making her an easy companion to bring along wherever life takes you. While she may get a little excited when people are arriving or leaving the house, she quickly settles down and is otherwise a calm, easygoing girl who simply enjoys being near her people.
In fact, being near her people is one of Honey Bunny's favorite things. She loves following her humans from room to room and happily embraces her role as a devoted little shadow. Whether you're folding laundry, watching television, working from home, or taking an afternoon nap, Honeybun wants nothing more than to be right by your side.

Honey Bunny recently received a clean bill of health from our veterinarian. She had a dental procedure and comprehensive bloodwork within the past year, both of which showed excellent results. She is healthy, happy, and ready to spend her golden years being spoiled by a family of her own.
While Honey Bunny can stay home when needed and has learned to use potty pads if she cannot get outside, we think she'd especially thrive with someone who isn't gone for extended hours every day. Honey Bunny will go home with her dog bed, leash, collar, harness, dog bowls, plenty of toys, some food, supplements, and copies of all medical and microchip information to help make her transition into her new home as smooth as possible. Honey Bunny's adoption fee is $400.
