Betty Jean Ella - Jack Russell Terrier and Spaniel Dog for Adoption in Saugus, Massachusetts

Introducing Mama Betty Jean!

She's raised her babies, she's officially retired from motherhood, and now it's HER turn to be the baby!

Meet Betty Jean, the sweetest little 10 lb nugget who is more than ready to trade in her mama duties for a lifetime of snuggles, cozy blankets, and being absolutely adored!

This little lady is a total cuddle bug. She loves attention, affection, and being loved on. Honestly, we think she'd be perfectly happy spending her days being pampered like the little princess she deserves to be.

Betty Jean is very playful with dogs her own size, but larger dogs can be a little intimidating to her, and she's not afraid to politely (or maybe not so politely ) let them know she appreciates her personal space!

After doing such a wonderful job raising her puppies, we can't wait to see this sweet girl find a family who will make HER the center of attention. She's earned it!

2 years old | @ 10 lbs Jack Russell/Spaniel mix (best guess!)

Sweet, affectionate little cuddle bug

Spayed! Mama Betty Jean is officially retired from the baby-making business!

A Note About Our Bios:

Our bios are based on feedback from each dog's current foster family. Every dog may respond differently as they transition into a new home, so we cannot guarantee how a transition will affect them. Time, patience, and understanding are key when welcoming a new dog. Breed mixes and ages are our best estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

The Jack Russell Terrier is a lively and intelligent small breed known for its boundless energy and strong hunting instincts. With a distinctive white coat and often sporting tan or black markings, these dogs are full of personality and require regular exercise and mental stimulation to thrive. Jack Russell Terriers are fiercely loyal and make excellent companions for active owners willing to provide the mental and physical challenges this energetic breed needs to stay happy and healthy.

The Spaniel is a versatile and affectionate dog breed known for its friendly demeanor, intelligence, and exceptional hunting skills. With origins dating back to the 14th century, Spaniels come in various types such as the Cocker Spaniel, Springer Spaniel, and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. These dogs excel in both the field and as loving family companions, showcasing their adaptability, loyalty, and energetic nature. Spaniels require regular exercise and grooming to maintain their silky coats and overall well-being, making them popular choices for active individuals and families seeking a devoted canine friend.

The Gals Best Pal Rescue Mission is to be a voice for the voiceless as it advocates for the dogs...
