Looking for a loyal companion with a heart full of love and a playful spirit? Buddy is always ready for an adventure, whether it's a walk in the park, playtime with a dog pal, a car ride, or simply curling up beside you after a fun-filled day.
Buddy enjoys being with people and other pups. He loves lounging in the grass and watching birds flying above after doing some zoomies (running) in his foster’s fenced-in yard. Buddy is a goofy guy that looks for a toy/bone to bring outside with him. He’s working on walking on a leash and not jumping when he meets people. He's getting accustomed to neighborhood sounds; however, he still isn't a fan of lawnmowers. Buddy is house trained and crate trained. In the evening, he curls up next to or on his foster Mom’s lap.
Buddy has early arthritis in his front leg from an old injury; however, that doesn't stop him from enjoying life. His forever family should help keep Buddy at a healthy weight (25 lbs.), on a joint supplement and balance activity with rest to help him stay comfortable and happy.
Buddy is dog/cat friendly. He would do best in a household with older respectful kids, if any and a secure fenced-in yard. Buddy is a possible Jack Russell Terrier mix and about 1-1/2 years old.
