Scruff is a male terrier mix who weighs 9 lbs and is approximately 9 yrs old. Scruff is the sweetest boy. He loves to cuddle and give kisses. Scruff is blind, but gets around really well, and seems to hear ok. Scruff has met 3 other dogs here at the shelter and does really well with them.
