Scrappy is 11 years old and weighs 18 pounds. Scrappy was left in an apartment after his owner moved out. He wound up in Animal Control. He is a laid back boy, loves to be by you and sleep with you. He is a sweet boy and doesn't ask for much. Scrappy would do best in a home with a senior or seniors. He will make a great companion.
