Rascal - Jack Russell Terrier Dog for Adoption in Brunswick, Ohio

Be careful what you name your dog! Rascal is a rascal! An adorable one, that is! He is super cute and handsome, so he gets free passes and gets away with s*** :/ I mean, how do you get mad at that face :) Rascal is a happy, fun boy. He jumps to greet. His high energy can be contagious! He makes you want to jump and get happy with him. And that smile .... sure makes a lady swoon! His first outside time of the day is filled with much excitement and energy to burn off. He is so excited to be outside, he half runs, half walks until he settles into a rhythm. Rascal makes a good running mate. He likes to run with you or chase you because that’s what buddies do :) Rascal loves toys. He tugs. He carries it in his mouth to show off. He likes to run after a flying ball but doesn’t bring it back. He just likes the chase. He is super smart. If you throw a ball over a clear wall or a fence, he runs around the object to get to the ball. You can’t fool him. Rascal loves treats. He sits nicely for treats and takes them very politely. This is amazing since Rascal sometimes plays with his mouth and teeth.

Rascal is about a year old, 17lb, Jack Russell Terrier mix. He is looking for an active home with a young, playful pup(s) like him so they can be besties and partners in crime. He plays better with bigger dogs. He can be a little rough with smaller dogs. A home with older children who engage with him is a plus. A fenced yard for him to run around in is preferred.
