Mookie 6287 - Italian Greyhound and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Loxahatchee Groves, Florida

Hi there - I'm Mookie, an 8-year-old Italian Greyhound mix with a striking blue and brindle coat! I'm a petite, elegant boy weighing just over 30 pounds, already neutered and ready for my forever home. All the way from South Carolina, I'm looking for someone who'll appreciate my refined companionship and gentle nature. Come meet me and let's see if we're a perfect match!

The Italian Greyhound is a small and elegant breed known for its slender build, gracefulness, and affectionate nature. These dogs are gentle, intelligent, and loyal companions that thrive on human companionship. They excel in agility and obedience activities, and their short coat requires minimal grooming. Despite their delicate appearance, Italian Greyhounds are surprisingly resilient and energetic, enjoying playful activities and romps in a secure outdoor area. Their loving personalities and expressive eyes make them a popular choice for families and individuals seeking a charming and devoted pet.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
