Best Guess for Age: 3.5 years as of July 2026 SEX: Female
Approximate Weight: 71 lbs
Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!
Currently Living at: Lucky Dog's South Carolina rescue campus - needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here!
Catalina is Looking For: A home with central air conditioning - cranked down to 55 degrees, tyvm. Summers spent in the Yukon (DC temps on 7/15/26: 102 degrees. Haines Junction, Yukon in 7/15: 46 degrees).
But a dog can't have everything so she will settle for getting lots of opportunities to burn all that awesome young adult dog energy on runs and romps when it is nice and cool and heatstroke is not likely. Making pup pals would be great as well. Above all - knowing where she belongs, being safe and loved.
