At 7-8 years old, Isha is everything you could hope for in a best friend. This petite husky weighs just 4045 pounds, making her the perfect size to fit right into your life... and your heart.
We dont know how this sweet girl ended up at the Dallas shelter after all these years, but one thing is certain: someone is about to get incredibly lucky.
Isha has the gentlest soul. Shes calm, affectionate, and easygoing, yet still has plenty of pep in her step. She loves spending time outside in the yard, splashing in her pool, going for leisurely walks, and soaking up the cooler weather. When playtime is over, shes more than happy to simply relax by your side.
She gets along beautifully with both male and female dogs and would be happy as your one-and-only or with a canine companion. Cats are unknown. Isha is crate trained, potty trained, heartworm negative, up to date on all her vaccines, rides wonderfully in the car, and has no separation anxiety. Shes perfectly content relaxing at home while youre at work and would make an incredible companion for a single person, couple, or family with school-aged children.
One of her cutest party tricks? Toss her a treat, and shell proudly catch it right out of the air every time. She absolutely loves her toys and goodies and is always excited to show off her skills.
Because she loves spending time outdoors, a home with a fenced yard would be her dream. Apartment life likely isnt the best fit for this special girl.
Isha still has so much love to give and so many adventures ahead of her. Shes spent enough time waiting. Now all she needs is someone to see the wonderful dog she already is and give her the forever home shes been dreaming of.
