He turned 4 years old just 4 days ago and today he was surrendered back to the shelter because his home was unsafe for him to reside in .
He is completely shut down here.
We are desperately looking for a foster to allow him to decompress in a home setting.
He has not been around other dogs so we are unsure of his dog compatibility.
