Say hello to our gorgeous mama, Teagan! Teagan was surrendered to a county shelter by her owner when she was pregnant and in active labor. They didn’t want to deal with puppies. 😠 They also surrendered her sister, Cami, who had just had a litter of puppies. A county shelter is NOT a good place for a new mama, it’s loud and scary, so we were called and happy to help. Teagan went to our “Mama-foster” who gave her a safe, quiet place to care for her babies. Done being a mom, Teagan is now ready to live life!
Teagan is a silly girl who is still very much a puppy herself! She enjoys every minute of the day and makes everyone around her happy. We know Teagan lived in a home and she has no accidents in her kennel area so we believe she’s potty-trained. She is definitely a husky mix and will “talk” to you to let you know just what she thinks. 😂 She’s fun, very playful, and loves everyone. She could use some better leash manners, but is very enthusiastic about her walks. She’s active and will need regular exercise; she’ll make a great hiker, jogger, and outdoor companion. Teagan enjoys the company of other dogs and would love for her new home to have another dog she can play with. She is good with kids, but because of her exuberance, would do best with kids that are a bit older. If you need some entertainment and more love in your life, our girl Teagan may be your answer.
