DESCRIPTION

Luna May's story is all about courage.
Abandoned, lost, darted by animal control, and hauled off to a shelter, her owner knew exactly where she was but didn't care.
They were fine leaving her there to die. At just three years old, she looked like an old lady-thin, frail, and worn down by neglect.
When Jenni and the H3 team heard about her, they knew they had to step in. Rob went to get her, and when he saw how beat up she was from a kennel scuffle the night before, he took her straight to the vet. Luna May's tail was tucked so tightly in fear that, for a while, everyone thought she didn't even have one.
But fear didn't stop her from connecting with Rob. With small sips of water and a gentle hand, he earned her trust.
By the time she arrived at the rescue, she was already showing her brave heart. When Jenni got back from a rescue ride, Luna May was mingling with the inside pack, tail untucked and even striking a pose for a selfie.
Now, Luna May's courage shines every single day. She's a sweet, sassy little queen who loves to hug-standing up on her hind legs like she never wants to let go. She has her moments of high energy, running joyful little circles just because she can. And don't even think about showing up without treats-cheeseburger-flavored ones are her favorite.
Luna May has already been through the worst and come out on the other side, brave, loving, and ready to start over. All she needs now is someone who will show her the same courage she's shown the world. Could that someone be you?
