DESCRIPTION
Janie is a sweet girl who has found herself needing a new home due to no fault of her own. She is a really good dog and is ready for some consistency in her life. Her previous owner was unable to afford vet care so she struggled with some skin issues before coming to us but we have that under control and this does not appear to be a chronic problem. Janie has been with her previous owner since she was a very young pup so she can be a little shy at first meeting but she will open up and show you a heart of gold and loyalty like no other.
ABOUT: AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER DOG BREED
The American Staffordshire Terrier, also known as the Amstaff, is a medium sized, muscular breed known for its loyalty and courage. Developed in the United States, they are intelligent and affectionate dogs, making them great family companions. With a distinctive short coat and strong build, American Staffordshire Terriers are often misunderstood due to their past as fighting dogs, but they are actually loving and playful pets when raised in a nurturing environment. They thrive on human interaction and are eager to please their owners.
The husky breed is renowned for its striking appearance, characterized by piercing eyes and a thick double coat. These medium sized, energetic dogs are known for their friendly and outgoing personalities, making them wonderful companions for active families. Originally bred for sledding and endurance in cold climates, huskies are intelligent and independent, often displaying a strong prey drive. Proper training and regular exercise are crucial to keep these playful and social animals happy and well adjusted.
