Meet Topper!

Topper is a handsome 4-year-old Husky/Lab cross (turning 5 in June) looking for a new home. He weighs about 87 lbs, is neutered, and is up to date on vaccines.

Topper is a loving, loyal dog who has been wonderful with children. He’s grown up around kids, nieces, and nephews, and has always been gentle and affectionate with them. He’s also generally good with other dogs, though he prefers calmer introductions.

Like many Husky mixes, Topper is active and enjoys adventures, walks, and play time—but he’s equally happy spending time relaxing and snoozing beside his people. He has a big personality and a very loud bark, so he would do best in a detached home rather than a townhouse or apartment setting.

While Topper has been a loved family dog, life circumstances have changed and his owner is no longer able to give him the stable environment he deserves. This decision has not been made lightly, and the goal is to find Topper a loving home where he can thrive.

Topper has not spent much time around cats, so a cat-free home or careful introductions would likely be best.
