Carrie is a beautiful 32-pound Pomsky mix (Husky/Pomeranian) who is approximately 5-6 years old and looking for a loving new home.

Carrie’s early life wasn’t easy. She came from a hoarding and breeding situation where she was used to produce puppies for sale. Despite her difficult past, Carrie has blossomed into an affectionate, devoted companion who is ready to spend the rest of her life being loved and pampered the way she deserves.

One of Carrie’s favorite things in the world is being with her people. She is incredibly loving and will happily follow you from room to room, always wanting to be nearby. Whether you’re relaxing at home, going for a walk, or taking a drive, Carrie simply wants to be part of your day.

Carrie gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and has also successfully lived with two cats over the past year. She enjoys meeting new canine friends and would do well in a home with other pets.

She loves her daily walks and is excellent on a leash. With her moderate energy level, Carrie enjoys spending time outdoors exploring the sights and smells around her, but she’s equally happy curling up beside her favorite person afterward. She also loves car rides and eagerly joins any adventure.

Carrie has lived with teenage children and done well, but her ideal home would likely be an adult household where she can be treated like the queen she knows she is. A fenced yard would be a wonderful bonus, giving her a safe place to enjoy the outdoors, but it is not required. Because of her Husky heritage and love of exploring, she should never be allowed off leash outside of a securely fenced area.

After everything she’s been through, Carrie deserves a family that will cherish her, spoil her, and give her the stability and companionship she’s been waiting for. In return, she’ll reward you with unwavering loyalty, affection, and endless love.
