Husky and Whippet Dogs Available for Adoption

Autumn is a sweet, outgoing, special girl who is around 38-42lbs and around 1-1.5 years old. She is a perfect medium size! Autumn was found stray, roaming a commonly known dumping ground for discarded dogs, and landed in a high kill shelter. We were happy to welcome this sweet girl into rescue after her stray hold was up! She truly is a playful, active girl, with age appropriate energy, and listens well!
Autumn’s bio:
-age appropriate energy, would do well with an active family but she also mellows out, too
-smart girl
-not a big barker
-good with other dogs in her foster home
-likes to be around people, has a sweet energy
-does well on leash walks
-potty trained in current setting
-is kennel/pen trained but will need a normal transition period in a new setting
-enjoys toys, treats, and chew bones
-enjoys lounging in the yard and on her dog bed as well as playtime in the yard, loves to explore
-will make a great companion, and walking or hiking buddy
-does well so far on car rides to her vet appointments
-did well for her bath and nail trim
-is up to date on vaccines, spayed, dewormed, is on flea and tick preventatives, and microchipped
