Stewie/Nova - Hound and Labrador Retriever Dog for Adoption in South Bend, Indiana

Meet Nova!

Nova is looking for a foster or adopter!

Nova is a beautiful 7-month-old Hound mix who weighs around 40 pounds and is the perfect medium-sized package of puppy fun! She's a sweet, happy girl with plenty of personality and enough puppy energy to keep you smiling.

Nova is your typical playful, energetic puppy. She loves to run, play, explore, and have a good time! She is very sweet, great with children, and gets along well with other dogs. She has not been cat tested yet.

And here's a BIG bonus... Nova is potty trained! She has already mastered an important part of puppy life, although her new family should give her a little patience as she adjusts to a new home and routine.

Nova was adopted about four months ago, but unfortunately, her family's circumstances have changed. With a new baby on the way, they can no longer financially afford to care for her and don't have the time needed to continue working on her training. They want what's best for Nova, and we want to help her find the family she deserves.

At only 7 months old, Nova still has plenty of puppy energy and will need a family who is ready to keep working with her, provide exercise and structure, and give her lots of love and attention.
