Ellie Mae is an approx. 5-year-old, 30lb. possible hound mix. There might be some pot bellied pig in her lineage based on her little snorts and stout frame. Ellie's perfect family would be on the quieter side; if the home has kids, then 10+ would be best. We are not sure she would handle apartment or city living well, but she also doesn't need to be on acreage. Quieter neighborhoods are more her speed.

Things you should know about Ellie Mae
- She is DARLING, and loves her people
- She is not an adventurous spirit
- New noises and people can make her very nervous
- She is 90% house broken, her queues that she needs to go are very subtle
- She is a licker! Not so much her face, but your hands.
- She likes to eat in her own room away from other pets.
- She is a little socially inept with other animals. She seems to enjoy their presence overall, but her first greeting is kind of like a sitcom highschooler saying hi to their crush for the first time.
- She gets car sick.

- Even if she doesn't like something, like baths or nail trims, she will let you do them.
- She is not a puller and has slowly started to enjoy walks around the neighborhood

- She is only 30 pounds, not too big, not too small.
- She loves to hoard toys on her bed, and so far does not tear them up.
- Now that her fur has grown back in, she is so soft!
- She is not a barker or a whiner. She very rarely makes noise other than little snorts.
- She has the CUTEST little piggy snore.
- When you get home - zoomies. After poop - zoomies. Just because - zoomies.
- She is not a super needy dog, she is very happy napping the day away.
- Truly patable belly, cannot overstate the good-belliness she has
