Randy graduated from the Puppies for Parole program at the Jefferson City Correctional Center in June 2026. According to her handler at Puppies for Parole, he is a great dog. Randy is a little skittish in public venues and around new people, but once he warms up, he loves getting attention. Randy plays well with other dogs and has shown no sign of aggression. He is timid and gentle and loves being shown affection. He is also very protective and will alert growl or bark at strangers. Randy is fearful of strangers, especially in shadows or poor lighting. Randy likes balls and frisbees. He responds to commands: no, leave it, drop it, off, yes, and stop.
