Oakley - Hound Dog for Adoption

MEET OAKLEY! This adorable 4-month-old Hound is 30 pounds of sweetness, smarts, and a little bit of sass! Oakley is an inquisitive girl who loves to learn. As she has had the benefit of being in foster care for a few weeks, she is learning quickly! She already knows 7 commands and is working hard to master more!
She is crate-trained and has a great start on potty training. Oakley loves playing with her people one-on-one, but she is also happy entertaining herself...with the right toys. She’s tolerant of cats, although she mistakes them for her next play buddy. She would do well with another dog in the home. Most of all, she just wants to be part of the fun. And when she finally wears herself out, her little snore is sure to make you smile!
Oakley is looking for a family who will continue helping her learn and grow while giving her plenty of love, playtime, and companionship. If you’re looking for a smart, sweet puppy with a fun personality, Oakley is your girl!
BCSAPS is open Mon-Fri 10-5 and Sat 10-2. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing (one hour if bringing your dog for a meet and greet) to give the staff time to pack your new family member’s bags.
