Dempsey is a friendly boy looking for a foster home. During one-on-one time with staff, Dempsey was loose-bodied and wiggly when they entered his kennel and happily headed outside for a walk, where he enjoyed taking his time to sniff and do some world-watching along the trail. He is recovering from ear infections and skin allergies, and the shelter has been stressful for him. His foster will need to give oral meds while he heals. Based on his medical needs, Dempsey will need to be kept completely separated from pets. If you can offer this sweet new arrival a calm, comfortable place to land, along with a little patience, reassurance, and care, you will help Dempsey relax, feel more at ease, and let his wonderful personality shine!
