Hound Dogs Available for Adoption in Middle Township, New Jersey
NOVA
Hound
🇺🇸
Middle Township, New Jersey
April 27th
female, medium, adult
DESCRIPTION
Nova was brought to the shelter with another dog when their owner could no longer care for them. Her "sister" was adopted but Nova is patiently waiting for a family that will give her a second chance.
She is a shy girl who likes to meet people at her own pace. Once she is comfortable, Nova is a sweet, affectionate dog that can easily amuse herself. Although she doesn't seem to be interested in playing fetch, she will chase the toys and then amble off on her own to investigate. Her leash skills are excellent and she loves taking long walks.
Nova lived with children and another dog. She is dog and cat social which makes her an easier fit into a household.
Nova is a wonderful age for adoption. She is beyond the puppy craziness and has plenty of energy and love to give to the right family.
The shelter has an appointment only policy. We ask potential adopters to fill out our application, prior to a scheduled meeting. The staff is very accommodating, and we welcome any inquires.
