ROCKY - Hound Dog for Adoption in Marietta, Georgia

Meet Rocky! Rocky arrived at the shelter as a lost dog with ID on 8/12, but sadly, his family chose not to come for him. The volunteers describe him as incredibly sweet and well-behaved, though understandably sad and confused right now. Rocky waits calmly while getting leashed up for his daily walks - and he's so polite on leash. It's been observed that his body language around other dogs is positive, he's quiet in his kennel and sits nicely for treats. Could you be the person to give this very good boy the loving home he deserves?

Rocky is approximately 4 years old and weighs 57 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, has been neutered and microchipped, and did test negative for heartworms. He is waiting patiently in kennel 17; his ID # is 21683.
