STRAY INTAKE 6/16/2026, Wyandanch, case #26-255, female, contact Babylon Animal Shelter to identify/claim, 631-643-9270. If you are interested in adopting, you can come to the shelter, meet the dog, and then put in an adoption application. Up to 5 applications will be taken. Our strays are held 5 days by law and then they will get an exam, Heartworm test, microchip, and spay/neuter, and other medical procedures. Only once that is complete can they be picked up for adoption. You can expect it to take 1-3 weeks before a dog is ready for adoption.
