Meet Kelsey, a 3-4 month old mixed breed who is playful and sweet. Kelsey started her journey in Puerto Rico and traveled to North Carolina and then to Castle of Dreams in New Jersey to find her forever home. She has lots of puppy energy which she divides equally amongst playing and kissing. Kelsey is up to date on vaccines, spayed and microchipped.
