Poppy's adoption fee $125 and includes first shots, worming, microchipping, and required spay at 6 months. We have a dog park to check compatibility with existing dogs if needed. Fill out an adoption application at HeberSpringsHumaneSociety.com and a volunteer will contact you 2-3 days. The adoption application is NOT on Petfinders and must be applied on the Heber Springs Humane Society website.
