Neo was found thrown away in a ravine and left to die; just don't understand the cruelty of people! Thanks to rescurers he is now healthy and looking for his forever home. Despite his terrible beginnings, Neo is a very happy boy and his tail never stops wagging. Neo is about 5 months old and weighs 27 pounds.

**BECAUSE OF OUR REQUIREMENT FOR A HOME VISIT, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ADOPT TO HOMES IN THE NORTHERN VA / MARYLAND / DC METRO AREA**
