Four-year-old Bud came into the shelter with his son Milo when their person could no longer care for them. But it's just the sweetest , most gentle boy. Sadly , when he came in , we found out he had heartworms , and his now going through heartworm treatment. He's going to be just fine.He just needs to take medication and you leash , walks and no over exercising until after his treatment is over. Treatment usually takes about three months. So this boy can definitely use a foster home to go through treatment at and/or an adopter would be even better.
