Thistle is a 1-year-old, 25 lb hound mix with a coat so stunning, you'll swear he was painted by nature herself.

This handsome boy is a dogs dog through and through! He absolutely loves having confident canine friends around to show him the ropes. Thistle can be a little timid at first, so he's looking for someone with patience, understanding, and a willingness to let him come out of his shell at his own pace.

Thistle may need more than one visit before going home. He's a timid guy, and we want him to feel comfortable and build a little trust before making such a big transition. His forever family will need to be patient and willing to let him take things at his own pace.
