Dublin - Havanese Dog Available for Adoption in Latrobe, Pennsylvania

Meet Dublin, estimated to be 6 to 7 years old, Dublin is a female Havanese mix who was rescued from a puppy mill.
Dublin is a sweet and gentle little girl, still adjusting to her newfound freedom so to speak. She is learning to trust people, and it is amazing to watch her personality start to come out! She likes to have the tip of her tongue sticking out, maybe there's a little sass hiding in there! She enjoys spending time with other small dogs and really has a great time running around and playing with them.
Dublin does not yet walk very much on a leash; she may take some tentative steps but then she gets nervous and will plop down and wait to be picked up. Time and patience are key to helping Dublin learn all she needs to and to live up to her full potential.
**Please note that Dublin requires a home with a fenced in yard**

Adoption/Visiting Hours: Tuesday-Saturday, Noon-4pm
You may visit our cats, kittens, dogs and puppies over the age of 4 months old during adoption hours prior to completing an adoption application. You must fill out an adoption application and be approved before visiting with puppies aged 4 months old and younger.
Applying for Adoption:
Fill out an adoption application in person at the shelter during adoption hours. We do not offer adoption applications online. If you live at a distance (1-1/2+ hour away), you can call us at 724-539-2544 to complete an adoption application by phone. Calls are returned within 48 hours.
Bring the following pertinent documents with you:
Pet Owners: Vet records of all your current pets.
Homeowners: Proof of home ownership – a property tax or mortgage document. Utility bills are not accepted.
Renters: Landlord’s phone number and copy of your lease. We must speak to your landlord to be considered for adoption.
Valid ID: You must be 21 years or older.
Dog Owners:
If you currently have dogs at your home, we require a meet and greet with the shelter dog you are interested in. You must have an approved adoption application before the meet and greet.
The adoption will be finalized after all required information is confirmed and your adoption application is approved.
