A charming ten-year-old Havanese currently in Scottsdale, AZ, whose essence is a gentle burst of affection wrapped in a beautiful white coat with brown patches.

At just nine pounds, Cookie may be petite, but her personality fills every room! This sweet girl is happiest close to her people, whether curled beside them for an afternoon nap, strolling through the neighborhood, joining them on errands, or accepting a treat. After ten years of companionship, Cookie has perfected the art of being a devoted little shadow who wants to share each day with her family!

Cookie especially enjoys women and children, greeting familiar people with warmth and enthusiasm. She still has plenty of pep in her step and easily hops on and off furniture. She is not much of a barker, but she communicates warmly with her people every day.

Cookie experiences separation anxiety, so her next family must provide companionship and supervision 24/7. She cannot be left home alone, even for routine periods. If her guardian cannot be with her, Cookie must accompany them, attend doggy daycare, or have a trusted pet sitter stay with her. Please only inquire if you can reliably maintain this level of care every day. This is an essential requirement for Cookie’s comfort and transition, not simply a preference.

Cookie is house-trained, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. Friendly with strangers, compatible with children of all ages, and comfortable around dogs, Cookie brings gentleness and connection wherever she goes!
