Meet Mike!
Please welcome Mike to Greyt Angels! This handsome boy recently joined us from the American Lurcher Project and is settling into his foster home. His foster family is taking the time to get to know him and help him feel comfortable as he adjusts to this new chapter in his life.
One thing Mike has already made clear? He LOVES people! He’s a big leaner, too, which means he’s happy to get close and share some of that love. If you know, you know — there’s nothing quite like a greyhound who leans into you for affection!
As Mike settles in, we’ll learn more about his personality and what makes him special. For now, we know he’s a people-loving boy who is ready to discover what life has in store for him.
A note for potential adopters: Mike is not suitable for a home with cats.
Stay tuned as we get to know this sweet boy better! We can’t wait to see where his journey with Greyt Angels takes him.
For more information on Mike please email greytangels@gmail.com or call 574-535-3210. Our adoption application can be found at www.greytangels.org.

We LOVE the support and interest of every inquiry on our hounds!!! At this time, however, we are a smaller group, so we must limit our adoptions to a three-hour radius of our home base of Goshen, Indiana. This enables us to provide better support to our adopters and our hounds, when needed, for a more successful adoption experience!

If your location is outside of the 3 hour radius, you have previous greyhound/sighthound experience and have the support of a local greyhound adoption group near you; we encourage you to apply with Greyt Angels to place an available hound in your home. Greyt Angels will continue to place hounds with new greyhound owners within the 3 hour radius, that will remain unchanged.

The Greyhound is a breed known for its speed and agility, originally bred for hunting and racing. These elegant dogs have a sleek, muscular build, known for their long legs and deep chests. Despite their athletic prowess, they are gentle and good natured, making them excellent family pets. Greyhounds are known for their calm demeanor and low maintenance grooming needs, with a loving and loyal nature that endears them to their owners.
