Meet Albania Joy — affectionately known as Bear (a.k.a. your personal 70-lb security system with fur).
Bear may look like the sweet, fluffy boy next door, but don't be fooled — he runs a strictly members-only club.
As a guardian breed, Bear takes his job seriously. Strangers? Suspicious. Random visitors? Hard pass. Door-to-door salespeople? Absolutely not. He's significantly more effective than a No Soliciting sign and considerably fluffier than a security camera.
But here's the best part: once Bear decides you're one of his people, he becomes a completely different dog.
That serious house protector transforms into a goofy, belly-rub-loving, toy-obsessed cuddle bug who firmly believes 70 pounds is a perfectly reasonable lap size.
Bear's personality highlights:
- Professional house security guard
- Belly-rub connoisseur
- Suspicious of strangers, but an absolute mush with his people
- Very smart and eager to learn
- Loyal, affectionate, and delightfully goofy once he trusts you
- Important note from Bears HR department: Crates are a hard no. Bear is claustrophobic and will not be participating in any tiny room with bars activities. - He does best with free-roaming or being comfortably contained in a room. And a fenced yard where he can patrol? That's simply part of the job.
Because Bear takes his guardian duties seriously, he's looking for a low-traffic, adults-only home with someone who understands and appreciates guardian breeds. He isn't looking for a home with a constant stream of visitors or a revolving front door. He's looking for something much better:
A peaceful home. His people. His yard. His job. His family.
Bear is not here to be everybody's friend.
He's here to be your fiercely loyal, toy-loving, belly-rub-demanding best friend... and your extremely effective home security system.
