Meet Duke! All boy with a sweet side.
This oneyearold Great Pyrenees is a large, handsome male with a sweet temperament and a youthful approach to canine interactions.
He carries himself with the calm, steady presence typical of the breed, yet he still displays the puppy-like enthusiasm expected at his age. With other dogs, he engages in friendly, energetic play and would benefit from companions who appreciate his size and exuberance.
Despite his big frame, he is gentle, affectionate, and people-oriented. He enjoys companionship, but still needs some guidance to develop into a well-balanced Pyr with excellent potential for a family or home that appreciates both his maturity and his youthful spirit. He is cat friendly, but has not been around children.

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, or scheduled to be if they arrived in our care too young. Each dog has been seen by our veterinarian and treated for likely the following (all various): Age appropriate vaccines, overall health exam and other alignments as they come up. All dogs are dewormed, given core vaccines (Bordetella, DHPP (3 of them if a puppy) and Rabies as well as all are microchipped and on a monthly preventative for flea/tick/heartworm prevention.

All of our animals are placed into foster homes so they thrive and the transition is easier.
