Hi again, Darlene, here is a description in case you need it for Juke:
Juke is a wonderful combination of confidence, curiosity, independence and affection. She is a Great Pyrenees/Akbash mix (68%/22%)who has blossomed in foster care. She was initially a little cautious about new things, but she has become increasingly confident and has formed a lovely bond with her people. She is a chill puppy, with occasional spurts of the zoomies and jukes!
Juke likes to investigate what her people are doing but has a wonderful ability to settle on her own. She is not hyper or destructive, even with her toys and is fine staying in a small laundry room area behind a baby gate when people are not at home or if otherwise occupied.
Juke has many of the wonderful qualities that make guardian breeds so special. She is naturally attentive to her surroundings and notices what is happening around her. When people and dogs pass nearby, she generally watches them calmly. On occasion, she may bark when another dog gets her attention, but she typically barks only a few times and readily redirects.
She is completely housetrained and curious about the cat, deer, turkeys, but gives them all space.
She is still a young dog with plenty of growing and learning ahead of her, but she’s already so far ahead of many puppies her age!
