You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Foster or forever home wanted, meet Phoebe. Phoebe was spotted by someone laying on a rock in a field in the middle of nowhere. It was pretty evident she was dumped and a pretty slim chance she would have wandered into this weeded vast area on her own. There was no access to food or water for miles and miles. This person saw something and said something which would ultimately save Phoebe's life.

There is a wonderful group of volunteers that devote their time and resources to helping dogs dumped in the Perris area. They follow up on leads and attempt to trap and secure rescue placement for abandoned dogs. When one of our volunteers saw Phoebe's video, our hearts shattered. It was an instant yes to taking Phoebe into the Labradors and Friends family.

Phoebe was scared yet very gentle and sweet, grateful to her rescuers who saved her from this horrible area she was abandoned in. Phoebe is very emaciated, her ribs are visible. We have no idea how long she was out there, but long enough to cause her current state.

She was transported to one of our boarding facilities on Monday, April 13th where she'll start her journey to a forever family she so deserves. Since Phoebe is new to the rescue, we are still getting to know her. What we know so far is that everyone who meets her, has seen her videos and heard her story, are in love with her. She is as sweet as could be and a big love bug. She walks nicely on the leash.
