My foster family says my best qualities are that I'm outgoing, affectionate, and always happy. I absolutely love being around my people, whether we're going for a walk, relaxing on the couch, or snuggling together. One of my favorite things to do is flop onto my back, rest my head in your lap, and soak up all the belly rubs I can get.

I'm the perfect mix of adventure buddy and couch potato. I enjoy daily walks and walk nicely on a leash, but I'm just as happy lounging around the house with my family afterward. I'm friendly with everyone I meet—adults, children, visitors, and other dogs. I greet new friends politely and don't jump on people, even though I'm always excited to say hello!

I'm also learning my basic commands like sit, stay, down, and come. I really enjoy training because I'm motivated by tasty treats (especially Blue Buffalo training treats!), and I'm eager to please. Every day I'm getting a little smarter and more confident.

My foster family says I'm easygoing and gentle. I don't guard my food or toys, I love being brushed and bathed, and I'm perfectly happy having my paws, ears, or belly handled. Loud noises don't bother me either—even with a fire station nearby, I stay cool and relaxed.

Like any young dog, I'm still learning a few things. If I'm left loose in the house by myself, I sometimes decide that shoes make fun chew toys, so I'm happiest relaxing in my crate when my family is away. I'm also still working on coming when called off leash, so continued training will help me become the very best companion I can be.

My foster family says my sweet personality is what makes me so special. In fact, on my very first night with them, they found me sleeping upside down in my crate with my stuffed lamb tucked beside my head. That's just me—a happy, lovable guy who's ready to make himself right at home.
