Hi there, I'm Dolly! I'm 74 lbs., and while I might be a little shy when we first meet, I promise there's a very sweet girl waiting underneath all that nervousness!

I'm thought to be a Great Pyrenees Mix and I'm the kind of dog who likes to take her time. New people can feel a little overwhelming, so I may need some patience before I'm ready to show you my personality. But once I decide you're one of my people, my whole world changes. I become a gentle, affectionate girl who truly enjoys being with the people she trusts.

My idea of a perfect day is pretty simple: a peaceful walk, plenty of time to sniff and explore, and then relaxing somewhere cozy with my favorite people. I also enjoy having dog friends, especially the calm and easygoing ones. I'm much more interested in peacefully hanging out than participating in an all-day wrestling tournament.

I've also lived successfully with cats, so my feline friends and I already have a good track record.

I'd do best with kids 10 and older who understand that I may need some space and patience while I settle in. I'm not looking for someone who expects me to become their best friend immediately. I'm looking for someone who will let me take my time, earn my trust, and show me that I'm finally home.

I may be a little shy at first, but once I open my heart, I'll give you something much better than a quick hello. I'll give you a friendship that grows deeper every day!

My adoption fee is $295 and I'm spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.
