Meet Herbie!

Herbie was adopted and had his DNA done. Turns out he's mostly Great Pyrenees and some other herding breeds, so he needs a job! Herbie is being returned due to just being a bit too much for his large family and his desire to "herd" everyone! However, he very smart and still the sweetest boy and an absolute lover. He adores people and wants nothing more than to be by your side, soaking up attention and giving it right back. Herbie needs a family with older kids (10+).

He does great with other dogs, just appreciates a second to warm up if they come in a little too pushy, and then he settles in nicely. He's been exposed to kids, dogs, chickens, geese, turkeys, goats, pigs, and horses and has done amazing with everyone. Nothing really phases him.

Since he loves being close to his people, we've been working on helping him feel calm and confident in the crate, and he's making great progress. He's also been crushing potty training with zero accidents in or out of the kennel and sleeps overnight from 10pm to 7am without any issues.
