At 11 years young, Daisy has figured out what really matters in life: a comfy place to nap, a little sunshine, a leisurely evening stroll and people to love.

This gorgeous Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever mix is officially in a foster home, and now we get to see just how wonderful she really is.

Daisy is a certified couch potato... until someone says the L-word.

Then our laid-back senior lady is READY. Her favorite part of the day is a short 20-minute evening walk, and after that? She's perfectly content to return to her regularly scheduled relaxation.

Her foster says Daisy truly asks for very little.

And Daisy comes with some pretty impressive house manners!

She is 100% house-trained and can be trusted loose in the house — no crate or kennel needed. She also knows basic commands including sit, come and lay down.

For an 11-year-old girl whose entire life recently changed, Daisy has shown us just how incredibly adaptable and loving senior dogs can be. And judging from these pictures, she has already figured out that foster dads make excellent pillows.

Daisy's forever home doesn't need to be complicated. In fact, she'd probably prefer that it wasn't.

Because she's a senior girl, we're looking for a home with minimal stairs and flooring where she can get good traction — rugs or carpet over slick floors will help those older legs. And because she's a fluffy senior living in Texas, Daisy may love her sunbathing, but she definitely needs her indoor AC time!
