Meet Whiskey, a handsome Lab/Great Pyrenees mix born in December 2024 and weighing around 50 pounds. This sweet boy has spent his whole life as a guard and working dog, but now he's ready to hang up his work hat and discover how wonderful it is to simply be a normal, loved pup.

Whiskey is a total sweetheart who is gentle, affectionate, and wonderful with people and kids. He's also incredibly social and has done great with all kinds of animals—including goats, chickens, cows, horses, cats, and other dogs. Talk about an all-around good boy!

After spending his life looking out for everyone else, Whiskey would love nothing more than to retire into a family where he can soak up lots of love, play, relax, and enjoy being part of the family. He'd especially enjoy having a doggie or kitty friend to keep him company and share some fun with.

Whiskey has so much love to give and is ready for the next chapter of his life—one filled with belly rubs instead of guard duty, playtime instead of work, and a family of his very own.
